All NewLEGO® parts I sell are new and are marked "New" in Bricklink. They have never been used to build and come directly from new LEGO® sets or from the Pick a Brick Wall in the Lego Store. The condition of the LEGO® is new as it comes out of the box. Sometimes small scratches can already be on this by packing together. There is also minimal color difference sometimes, especially if the same part comes from different sets. As you can see, I can't deliver better quality than Lego itself. When collecting your order, I try to take this into account as much as possible.
All used LEGO® parts that I sell have been used at least once and are indicated in Bricklink with "Used". In most cases, these parts are purchased in bulk from private individuals. After an intensive sorting process in which damaged, counterfeit or dirty parts are removed, the best parts remain. These often contain some signs of wear such as scratches, but are often in excellent condition and sometimes as new. If there are more than average scratches, this will be indicated in the advertisement. They are never broken (unless one slipped through the selection process).
Sometimes it happens that a part is in stock in Bricklink but that during the sorting process, which is quite time-consuming, a mistake is made in color, number or correct tray. In this case, I always contact you first to make a proposal such as an alternative part/color or a refund of the missing/wrong part.
After your order you will receive an invoice via BrickLink. This is usually done automatically. So not, then I make sure that it is still sent within 24 hours.
In general, I ship within 24 hours after the payment is received. Often this is on the same day. On the days when I get a lot of orders, if there is an order placed with many lots or if my work as a teacher is given priority then it may not be realistic anymore. I work as fast as possible, but I can't do magic.

The handling costs cover the processing and packaging costs and costs of the banktransaction.
Why? Lego should be treated with love. To ensure that it arrives in good condition, the LEGO® must be carefully wrapped with good packaging material. This of course entails costs and that is why I charge handling costs.

I pack your parts in easy-to-open plastic bags in an air cushion envelope or a cardboard box. The parts are grouped together logically, and I try to separate small parts from large parts. I do this so that I don't have to use as much plastic. I basically don't sort by color. Parts with a smooth surface or transparent parts go together in a bag as much as possible. This is to keep the risk of scratches as small as possible.

Many sets include minifigures. In most cases, the minifigure parts are sorted according to how they are packaged in the Lego sets, i.e. unassembled. Some exceptions are more exclusive figures of mn. Star Wars sets. I sometimes pack and sell these assembled. The minifiguers from the "Collectable series" are in all cases unassembled and 1:1 taken from the original packaging. To save weight, the accompanying booklets are usually not included.
All orders are welcome, large and small. In order to be able to offer my lightning-fast service in combination with my permanent job, family and other hobby, I am unfortunately forced to set the maximum number of lots at 75. At this moment I make no exceptions in the lotlimit.
I charge 5% of the ordered amount incl. shipping costs for the use of PayPal. This is for the Paypalcosts and the handling costs. It is preferable that you pay via the Onsite method via Bricklink (the "pay" button can be found at the top right of the site in "My BL" and then "Orders"). Of course you can also pay later within your own PayPal environment by using the following email address: bricksapeldoorn@kpnmail.nl or paypal.me/JWJMSuurs. You will also find this information in your invoice.
